Diners Club Advantage is an Online Business Services system that gives companies with Diners Club Corporate and Travel Lodged Accounts the ability to access and view their invoices online at any time. Data is updated within 24 hours of a local transaction being made (overseas transactions may take longer to reflect).
At no additional cost, your company and its cardholders have access to Advantage, an online business services solution, which assists with the matching and reconciliation of your Diners Club account.
Advantage enables the reconciliation process to begin sooner, as you can view yesterday’s transactions today from anywhere and at any time. In addition, your company is able to plan and budget for future expenditure as well as control actual expenditure more accurately and efficiently.
After the initial set up of your company’s portfolio by Diners Club, access is prescribed and restricted by the company and Users are able to access information on various levels.
Travel Lodged Card Accounts
The Travel Management Company and/or Company Travel Booker are able to add additional reference data after the transaction has taken place to enhance the matching process. This can either be done by capturing the additional data per transaction, or uploading a pre-determined extract via the TMC Upload functionality.
