Personal Liability – When a company opts for Personal Liability on its Diners Club Corporate Account, the following applies:

The company specifies who is eligible to apply for a card on the account

The individual is credit assessed
-
The individual is liable for payment
-
The individual’s bank account is billed via a debit order
-
The individual needs to claim back from the company

Application criteria and supporting documentation
Minimum Criteria – The Company:
-
Need to have been trading for more than two years
-
Hold assets, or has an annual turnover in excess of R1m
-
Can apply for a minimum management limit of R50k
Please note the following when completing the application form:

It must be completed in full in all respects, signed and dated at all times
-
Use of tippex is not permissible on any legal documentation or agreement
-
Errors are to be deleted and any alterations and/or additions signed for in full by the authorised signatories
-
Under no circumstances should any of the terms and conditions be deleted and/or amended without the prior approval of credit advisory services
-
It must be completed using a black pen and in the same handwriting at all times
