Amongst other benefits, this system allows the interim and monthly invoice (statement) to be downloaded 24/7. By allowing the cardholder (whether it is the company executive or preferred supplier) access to their individual card invoice via Advantage, they are able to assist with the reconciliation process by matching the related supporting documentation to the invoice in time for payment. The invoice also allows for additional references, which makes the matching and reconciliation of the account much simpler.
