NEW HOME PAGE
When next you visit our website, you will notice that our home page has changed. Simply navigate to the Business Services section and you will find the familiar “Advantage login” on your top left.

Another suggestion is to bookmark the Diners Club Advantage login page in your browser.

CSV FILES – NEW AND IMPROVED
In the past CSV files were emailed to the recipient as a password protected zipfile. Our new CSV files are emailed directly via Striata. This means you will always be able to double-click the attached file, which will automatically open into the Excel document required.

Should you be interested in receiving CSV files please note that they are available on Diners Club Advantage in a “monthly” and “interim-to date” format. If you prefer a different date frequency, please contact your Relationship Executive to action accordingly.

You might have noticed that our email statements have also been enhanced. The ‘look and feel’ has improved and the option of downloading them into CSV format is also available.

Diners Club recently took the decision to re-name our Air Travel Card the ‘Travel Lodged Account’. This name we believe is more in keeping with the product benefits of the card and is in line with developing global trends.

The Travel Lodged Account card is lodged with your preferred Travel Management Companies and can be used for all travel related expenses including airline tickets, hotel accommodation, car rental and more.

THE FESTIVAL OF GOLF
Diners Club recently had a stand at the annual Festival of Golf held at the Vodacom World of Golf from 23-25 February. The festival is a celebration of golf and is a literal cornucopia of golf equipment and related paraphernalia.

Diners Club used the opportunity to expose our members attending the festival to our latest travel insurance benefit, golf cover.

Offered under our Phase ll cover and underwritten by AIG, golf enthusiasts will be pleased to find out that your golf equipment can now be covered when you travel abroad.

ANNUAL PRO-AM REGIONAL’S OFF TO A GOOD START
On the 6th of March the first regional Diners Club qualifying tournament kicked-off in Johannesburg, followed by the Durban event on 16 March and the Cape Town event on 27 March, culminating in the annual Diners Club Pro-Am tournament to be held at Sun City in October of this year.

DINERS CLUB REPORTS 1TIME
We can now supply detailed information on all 1time.co.za transactions made over the Internet.

Besides the date of transaction and amount, we can provide passenger names and ticket numbers, assisting in the reconciliation of the Diners Club statements against Travel Management Company invoices. The same functionality was brought on for flysaa.com transactions last August.

KNOW YOUR DINERS CLUB BENEFITS
With Diners Club's innovative Travel Insurance, you automatically qualify for free Phase I insurance when you purchase any public conveyance ticket using either your Diners Club Corporate, Personal or Travel Lodged Account.
