As the year winds down, we find ourselves reflecting on the highs
and lows of the past twelve months and pondering our aspirations for

The first year of the Travel Lodged Account ‘virtual’
card
The virtual Travel Lodged Account card (the first in SA) introduced
convenience, with real time benefits such as increased acceptance
on internet booking engines and self-booking tools.
Global brand revitalization – a fresh new logo and brand positioning
Diners Club International undertook to rejuvenate both our logo and
our card designs to spearhead our new global vision and mission.
The online travel insurance portal
The Diners Club Online Travel Insurance booking platform allows cardholders
to simply elect the additional travel insurance options they require
online at any time, without having to call in.
The launch of the Diners Club Choice Guides
Diners Club Corporate Clients welcomed the launch of three innovative
business guides - Business Travel, Conferences Incentives and Corporate
Essentials. The guides bring corporates timesaving convenience through
a selection of exclusively negotiated offers.
