| Diners Club offers you a product that is unlike any other
on the market. Called the Courier Card, it benefits both your
company and your preferred courier company. The Courier Card
does more than just settle courier and freight charges conveniently.
It lifts the entire administrative burden of handling courier
payments from your company, while at the same time providing
complete security. |

Control over transactions |
| The Courier Card is lodged at your preferred courier company
and allows you to closely monitor transactions via their order
numbers. |

Detailed invoices |
| Consolidated monthly invoices are issued detailing all transactions.
These are also available via e-mail or a CSV data feed that
opens into an Excel spreadsheet or integrates into your accounting
software, saving capturing time. In addition, pro-forma invoices
can be faxed daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly to assist
in reconciling transactions. |

Minimum costs – maximum cash flow |
| The courier company receives full payment immediately, while
you have up to 55 days interest-free in which to pay Diners
Club. |

Absolute security |
| Only the nominated courier company may process transactions.
The Courier Card cannot be used like a normal charge card,
as it does not have a magnetic strip, virtually eliminating
the possibility of fraud. |
