Diners Club Advantage is an Online Business Services system that gives companies with Diners Club Corporate and Travel Lodged Accounts the ability to access and view their invoices online at any time. Data is updated within 24 hours of a local transaction being made (overseas transactions may take longer to reflect). This means no more waiting for weekly CSV files or monthly invoices to review your company’s transactions – this can now be done on a daily basis. Advantage is an incredibly user-friendly system that saves organisations significant time and money on administration when it comes to travel and entertainment expense reconciliation.

Diners Club Advantage is a convenient management tool that ensures your organisation remains up-to-date on daily transactions made by employees.

• Improved efficiency
Advantage enables the reconciliation process to begin sooner as you can view yesterday’s transactions today. In addition, your company is able to manage its executives’ expenditure more accurately and efficiently.

• User flexibility
After initial set up of your organisation’s portfolio by Diners Club, your organisation can manage its own users. A number of different types of users may be specified.

• Increased restriction
User access can be granted in line with company policy and at the discretion of the company administrator. The tiered system allows different users to be created by you - with varying levels of access to account information.

• Security
Diners Club Advantage is a stand-alone application and is an accurate reflection of the state of your company’s Diners Club account. It is a secure system that cannot be tampered with.

• Additional value add
Diners Club Advantage is offered to all our Corporate and Travel Lodged Account clients as an additional value-added benefit at no additional charge.

• Staff Benefits
The system provides users with electronic expense claim forms and Management Information Reports. Individual corporate Cardholders are also able to print and download invoices for their own records.

CSV Downloads

As you might know, Diners Club pioneered the development of the Comma Separated Variable file (or CSV file) which opens up into an Excel document containing all of the transactional data required to reconcile your travel and entertainment expenses, as well as giving you the ability to incorporate this file into your existing financial system.
