authorised, regardless of the transaction amount.
Our authorization centre is available 24 x 7 x 365 for your
convenience on:

Please have the following handy when calling for an authorisation
• Diners Club merchant number
• Card number
• Expiry date
• CVV number (3 digit number on the back of the card)
• Amount
Processing of manual billings:
• Complete the merchant billing form in full

• Email to africamerchant@dinersclub.co.za
• The original signed sales voucher must be kept for
record purposes for a period of 18 months
• Attach a copy to your email billings submission
and retain for 18 months
• After receipt of the email billing, payment will
reflect in your account within 5-7 business days
• Pleae note that transactions older than 30 days
will not be processed
* For Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland transaction processing
is automated as for Diners Club South Africa merchants.
