Travel Insurance Promotion - 2006 |
Between 1 July 2006 and 30 November 2006 Diners
Club promoted a travel insurance lucky draw for all Personal
Card members who purchased additional travel insurance. Members
stood the chance of winning 1 of 10 luxury travel bags sponsored
by AIG, our insurance underwriters.

won two SAA Business Class tickets to any SAA destination in

Essence of a memorable experience - July
2005 |
In April 2005 Diners Club launched a competition
to all their members.
Members were invited to submit their photographs via e-mail,
capturing the essence of a memorable experience. The response
was tremendous and after much debating, the judges selected
a short list of 16 photographs.
The Judges:
Nigel Taylor – General Manager: Marketing, Canon SA
Russell Jones – MD, Scanshop
Wayne Keet – Celebrated photographer
Criteria:
Capturing the “essence of a memorable experience”
General composition of the photograph
Mood and tone of photograph
Attention to technical aspects – such as using natural
light, capture angle etc.
Since we requested members to keep the digital images small,
we did not consider the digital quality of the actual images.
Winner:
Peter Currey, from Durbanville in Cape Town was chosen as the
winner for his entry '6.00am, Nusa Dua, Indonesia'. He receives
R2 000.00 credited to his Diners Club Personal Card. |
Online Survey Promotion - January 2005 |
Our members were invited to voice their opinions
in our Online Survey and stood a chance to win a luxury weekend
for two at Leadwood Lodge, Tala Private Game Reserve, outside
Pietermaritzburg.
