your 13 digit identity number and, |

OPTION ONE to confirm this. |

| 4. You must: |
| • Enter
the Diners Club Card number of the card you require the
pin number for. |
| • Then
select OPTION ONE to confirm the card number in order
to proceed further. |

| 5. The Voice Prompt will then prompt
you to: |
| • Enter
your three digit CVV NUMBER (found at the back of the
card). |
| • You
then select OPTION ONE to confirm this number. |
| |
| 6. You will then be prompted to enter
YOUR 10 DIGIT CELL PHONE NUMBER followed by OPTION ONE
to confirm this. |

| 7. Once you have been successfully
authenticated |
| • A
5 digit One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your cellphone.
This OTP is valid for 30 minutes only. |
| • You
must enter your five digit OTP using your cell phone keypads.

| • You
must then select OPTION ONE to confirm the five digit
OTP. |

| 8. Once the five digit OTP has been
confirmed, the pin number will be voiced to you via the
IVR |

| 9. You will then be able to use the
new pin number to transact at any of the ATMs* |
