What entry to use when ticketing via Galileo to ensure that
the service fee charged by the TMC is shown as a separate
item on the Diners Club statement?
Should a client have an existing Travel Lodged Account with
Diners Club and wants to:
1. Enter into a new relationship with you;
2. Use you in addition to their existing Travel Management
Company;
3. Transfer certain travel expenses to a separate Travel Lodged
Card
All the client needs to do is apply for an add-on card. Here's
how:
1. Download the letter template below and insert the necessary
information as indicated
2. Print the letter on their official company letterhead
3. Have it signed by the authorised signatories that are registered
with Diners Club
The letter must then be faxed through to “New Business”

What is a resolution? A resolution is something which often causes confusion
and delays. It is proof that the entity has decided to take
certain action and evidence that the person signing the agreement
has the necessary authority to bind the entity. All application
forms will need to be accompanied by a signed resolution.
We are also in the process of creating a user-friendly document
that explains what a resolution is and what will be accepted
as a valid resolution. This will also be posted on our website
in due course.
