It is proof that the entity has decided to take certain action and evidence that the person signing the agreement has the necessary authority to bind the entity. All application forms will need to be accompanied by a signed resolution. Should a client have an existing Travel Lodged Account with Diners Club and wants to:
1. Enter into a new relationship with you;
2. Use you in addition to their existing Travel Management Company;
3. Transfer certain travel expenses to a separate Travel Lodged Card
All the client needs to do is apply for an add-on card. Here's how:
1. Download the letter template below and insert the necessary information as indicated
2. Print the letter on their official company letterhead
3. Have it signed by the authorised signatories that are registered with Diners Club
The letter must then be faxed through to "New Business" on 086 111 5092 and the card will be delivered to you within 5 working days.
