How to update your version of the app

Follow these simple steps to download the latest version
of the Diners Club SA App:

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Search for “Diners Club SA”.

Tap “Update” or “Get” if not installed (iOS). Tap “Update” or “Install” if not installed (Android).

If a message or pop-up notification is received indicating that the app is not updating or not compatible, do not proceed with the system update but instead contact the support team below for further assistance.

After updating or installing the App, open it and follow the instructions for registration to enable biometric authentication, i.e. fingerprint or face ID.

Standard Bank clients who also have access to the Diners Club SA App can use their existing Standard Bank Internet Banking or Standard Banking App login details to access the Diners Club SA App. Alternatively, you can create a new PIN to access the app and enable biometrics for added security and convenience.
